We specialize in appraising single family residential homes (new construction and existing homes) involving conventional loans in the Alamance County Market Area. Because we don’t attempt to perform all types of appraisals nor appraise just anywhere & everywhere in North Carolina, we are able to provide our clients with quality appraisals, reliable customer service, and fast turn times. Once a written appraisal request is received via email or fax, we contact the borrower, REALTOR®, etc., typically within 24 hours or less to schedule an appointment. After the appraiser has seen the subject property, the appraisal is typically completed within 48 hours or less, and the report is electronically delivered to the client in PDF format.
